Who are all eligible for the Golden Visa?

Five different type of foreign nationals can apply for th UAE Golden visa. This includes chief executive officers, scholars, experts, business owners, and foreign investors.

Eligibility for Property Owners

    • The property owner must possess a property valued at a minimum of AED 2 million and above.
    • If you have purchased a new property, then 20% of the total amount must be paid to become eligible for the golden visa.
    • If you own two different properties, and both properties have a combined value of at least 2 million, then you are eligible for the golden visa.
    • You should provide the Title Deed or Initial Sale Contract (Off Plan/Oqood).
      If the property is mortgaged, a bank letter is required stating the total amount paid, with a minimum of 20% of the property value.
    • If the property is under development, you have to provide a statement of accounts from the developer.

Eligibility for Company Shareholders

    • The Shareholder’s share value must be 2 million in the report and 4 million in cash flow to be elegible.
    • The Shareholder must provide valid company incorporation documents such as Trade License, Memorandum of Association (MOA), and Establishment Card of the company.
    • You will need to provide an audit report.
      Auditor License Copy & Auditor Certificate required.
    • VAT returns, sales, purchases, and receipts for the last 3 quarters.
    • The Shareholder must provide company bank statements for last 6 months and personal bank statements for last 3 months.


Eligibility for Salaried Employees.

    • The applicant should provide their degree certificate (MOFA attested), as well as their degree marksheet or transcript.
    • Five years or more of experience
    • Must have a legitimate job in the UAE and must have a basic salary of at least AED 30,000 per month.
    • Must provide Labour contract or Free-Zone salary certificate.
      Must provide last 6 months personal bank statements.
    • It is compulsory to obtain a so-called equivalency certificate. We can apply for this on applicant’s behalf. The cost of this is approx. AED 2,000.00 and the timeline generally is 1 – 2 months for the issuance of the certificate.


Eligibility if you have 2 million fixed deposit in UAE Bank

    • The applicant must have fixed deposit of 2 Million in the bank for 2 years.
    • The applicant must provide a bank letter.
    • The applicant must provide the bank statements.

Sponsor your family

The Golden Visa can be extended to include the sponsorship of spouses, children, parents, and dependent siblings, depending on the visa category.
